Our Production and Commercial Seasons
Our harvest period extends from mid-February to mid-June of each year. Products are available commercially starting in March and extending until December. In the case of wine, it is commercially available from July to November of each year.
It is possible to extend product dispatch up to the first three months of the following year should our clients require it.
As part of our commitment to quality and maximize the quality of our juice concentrates, we adhere to the following procedure:
- The concentrate goes through an evaporation process at low temperatures within a vacuum.
- The concentrate is then diluted with water for the final product.
- The concentrate must be kept between 10- 12 ° C to preserve freshness.
- The SO2 content and color intensity are all based on our client´s specifications.
